Hi all,

i bougth the iReport 3.7 book from Shamsuddin Ahammad published by PACKT.

I followed the steps to create a suprebort and a variable in there, that should returned to the master report.
If i go to the subreport properties , retorn values, add...
in the drop down menu for subreport variable there is no such a variable i have created in my subreport.

Anyone an idea what went wrong?

manually typed your variable
